AI readiness assessment
Answer a few questions about one workflow. The result is a qualitative note about what is ready for a discovery discussion. It is not a score, a maturity rating, or a price.
Quick answer
A useful first AI conversation starts from one workflow a person does today, the systems it touches, and the person who approves a consequential action. If those are not clear yet, naming them is the next step. This page does not score readiness.
How it works
1Name one workflow
Describe what a person does, which information they use, and what a finished outcome looks like.
2Name the boundaries
Say which systems are involved and which actions a person must still approve.
3Read the note
The note tells you whether a discovery discussion can start from that workflow. It does not produce a number.
Why use it
One workflow is enough to begin
“Add AI to the business” leaves the first release undefined. One job can be discussed.
Review stays with a person
A change to a record, a payment, or a customer message still needs an owner.
No invented maturity score
The answers are yes, no, or not yet. They are not converted into a percentage.
What affects cost
A named workflow
The task, the information it uses, and the outcome.
The systems
The applications the workflow already touches.
An approver
The person who may allow a consequential action.
Safe examples
Representative inputs that can be discussed without sending confidential records through the public form.
Glossary
- Workflow
- The steps a person follows today to finish one job.
- Discovery
- A discussion that turns that job into a written first-release scope. It is not a build commitment.
- Consequential action
- A change to a record, a payment, or a customer message.
- Representative example
- A realistic input, with private customer data removed, that shows a successful and an unacceptable result.
Questions
Does this assessment produce a score?
No. There is no percentage, grade, or maturity level. The note restates which of the four inputs you can name.
Does a complete set of answers mean we are ready to build?
No. It means a discovery discussion can start from that workflow. Discovery writes the scope. It is not a commitment to build.
Will the answers be stored?
The questions run in the browser. They are not submitted unless you choose to contact the team and write them in the enquiry yourself.
What if we cannot name the workflow yet?
That is the useful next step. Write down one job, the information it uses, and the outcome, then come back to the services or the process page.
